I know what it’s like. I’ve built teams, processes and businesses from scratch with no experience in an echo chamber of my own ideas and thoughts. 

And you know what my biggest learning was? Your ideas need validation.

I’ve been where you are, and I’ve tried lots of different things. I’m a do-er, not a say-er, and I want to work with you to work out the right answer for your company. 

This is a collaborative iteration process; I’m not Yoda. Or a LinkedIn Bro. I don’t have a 12-point plan to overnight success. I have a couple of good ideas, a lot of coffee and I’m down to help!
